At Covered in Grace, every product is made to order. Each piece is printed specifically for you, which means production and shipping times can vary slightly. Please review the details below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping
All items are thoughtfully made to order just for you.
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. This timeframe includes both production and shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
While most orders arrive sooner, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume, product availability, and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select orders.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for 10 business days contact us at coveredingrace.shop@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coveredingrace.shop@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will gladly make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for credit to be applied to your account.
