1. Processing Time Since every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages Covered in Grace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at coveredingrace.shop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at coveredingrace.shop@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order goes into production.
