1. Overview By visiting or purchasing from Covered in Grace, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Products All items are made to order. Because each product is custom-printed, please review size guides carefully before ordering — we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections. Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays and print processes, and this is not considered a defect.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Returns & Refunds Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details on how to submit a claim.

6. Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times are estimates only.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Covered in Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Covered in Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Privacy Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
