At Covered in Grace, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will make it right.

To Request a Replacement or Refund:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping & Processing
1. Processing Time Since every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages Covered in Grace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at coveredingrace.shop@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
